About Us:
DigitalZerox is a professional PVC card printing service. We print all types of PVC cards and deliver them directly to the customer's address after receiving online payment.

🔹 Services We Provide:

• PVC ID cards
• Business cards
• Membership cards
• Custom event or access cards
• Student/staff cards

🔹 Order Process:

• Customer places an order online and uploads design or required details.
• Payment is made online before processing begins.
• We confirm order and initiate printing within 12–24 hours.
• Printed cards are dispatched to the customer's address within 2–4 working days.

🔹 Pricing:

• Flat rate: ₹100 per printed PVC card (inclusive of printing and basic delivery).

🔹 Delivery Details:

• Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on location.
• Tracking details will be provided (if applicable).
• Delivery partners may vary depending on region.

💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

🔹 Refund Eligibility:

• The card was not delivered within 10 working days.
• You received a damaged or incorrect card (wrong data, photo, or design).
• You were charged but the order was not processed or confirmed.

🔹 No Refund In These Cases:

• You submitted incorrect data or design.
• You changed your mind after printing started.
• Delay due to incorrect address or unreachable phone number.

🔹 How to Request a Refund:

• Contact us within 2 days of receiving the card.
• Provide order ID, payment proof, and a photo of the received card (if applicable).

• Our team will verify and respond within 2 business days.

🔹 Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation is allowed only before the printing process starts (within 2 hours of placing the order).
• Once printing begins, cancellation or changes will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for submitting correct data/designs.
• We ensure proper handling, but delivery delays due to courier issues are beyond our control.
• We maintain customer privacy and do not share personal or design details with third parties.
